Adrian’s yoga journey began with classical Hatha Yoga, driven by a lifelong fascination with movement and the human body. This curiosity inspires him to explore and teach a variety of yoga styles and movement practices. Over time, he has developed a deep love for Yoga Nidra, guiding others into profound relaxation and inner awareness. Meditation remains an essential part of his personal practice, cultivating mindfulness and presence. On a more dynamic level, Adrian weaves Vinyasa and Animal Flow into his teaching, infusing his classes with fluidity, strength, and creativity. He is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels seen and supported, offering a holistic and nurturing experience that balances stillness with movement.
Alexandra works with and on the body (through touch, movement) as well as breath and energy work, accompanying their clients with guidance and conversation. Complementary Therapy acts as a supplementary approach and can be used independently or in conjunction with conventional medical treatments. Nutritional counseling can be added as needed. For over 20 years, Alexandra has been helping people find and strengthen their resources.

Originally from Gozo, Malta, with a background in diving and art restoration. Yoga became central in his life over 12 years ago. Completed 200h RYT at Sanapurna. His classes feature creative sequencing, mindfulness, strength building, and safe alignment, framed by meditation and pranayama.
Dijana first discovered Dharma Yoga in 2013, and it was love at first sight. She finished her 200-hour teacher
training in 2017 and began teaching at a local studio. In 2019, she traveled to New York City to study directly under
Sri Dharma Mittra, completing the 500-hour teacher training — a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Being in the
presence of one of still living yogis was priceless and profoundly transformed her teaching approach.
Her approach to yoga remains focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, focus and playfulness.
Dharma Yoga is a perfect blend of vinyasa and hatha yoga, with some interesting inversion variations. You can
expect to breathe, move, play, and still have a beautiful, present practice.

An educator with a passion for science, movement, and human potential, Katherine’s spiritual journey began in martial arts as a teenager. With a Master’s in Environmental Engineering and over a decade in technical roles, she transitioned into yoga and co-founded a professional yoga school in Bali. As an ERYT500 Master Trainer, she has trained thousands in yoga and meditation. Her style draws on Tantric Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy, Embodiment, and Thai Yoga Massage.
Laura’s yoga journey began a decade ago while traveling through South America, where she first connected with the practice. Her path since then has been defined by a deep curiosity about the body and how physical movement can lead to a sense of mental stillness.
In 2019, she traveled to Rishikesh, India, to complete a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training. Upon returning, she deepened her roots at Sanapurna, completing a 200-hour Hatha Yoga training in 2020. She further specialized with a 150-hour Yin Yoga and Anatomy training under Markus Giess, which sparked a profound love for Yin Yoga and meditation.
During a recent two-year journey across South and Central America, Laura continued to refine her craft by completing specialized Teacher Trainings in both Yoga Anatomy and Sequencing under Jason Crandell. This diverse background allows her to offer a teaching style that is both rooted in tradition and informed by a modern, anatomy-based understanding of the body.
In her classes, Laura uses functional alignment and sequencing to create a practice that respects the individual body. She provides a welcoming, grounded space for all levels to build steady strength in Hatha Flow or find deep release in Yin. Her goal is to help students move with awareness and leave the mat feeling more present.
Originally from Chile, Loreto moved to Switzerland in 2016. After 10 years as a tax analyst, she transitioned to teaching yoga and Zumba. Yoga and dance helped her navigate migration and inspired her to share energy, joy, self-confidence, and body awareness with her students.
